SHIPPING AND PICK UP
All our products are made to order in The Netherlands or in Italy; lead-times can take up to 6 business days before shipment.
Labro uses Fietskoeriers, DHL, UPS or PostNL to ship your order. The forwarding parties might handover your parcel to a local partner. If you prefer us to ship with a specific forwarder please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are not responsible for damages or loss with occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. In case you receive damaged goods or your parcel gets lost let us know immediately. Please retain all relevant documentation so that we a make an insurance claim.

- €15: Austria, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden.
- €20: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Kosovo, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican, Greenland.
If the client is shipping to a destination outside European Union, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government and will be responsibility for the client. We recommend to inform yourself at the local customs office of your country, so you will not be surprised by unexpected charges. Consider as well, orders with more that one item could be charging an extra payment on international deliveries.
All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and requires signature.
Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order.
Upon the completion of your order, you will receive and email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will follow a second email with the tracking number information once we do the delivery. In case you do not receive a receipt or lose it please get in touch for us to reissue.
