PRIVACY POLICY



Introduction 

This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data of all our users with regard to the products and/or services of Labro (hereafter “Labro”). This Privacy Policy describes how this data is processed and for what purposes. This Privacy Policy also contains information about our cookie policy. By using the products and/or services of Labro and agreeing to this Privacy Policy, the User agrees to the following terms and conditions. 

The provision of personal data is not mandatory 

At all times a user has the choice whether or not to provide his/her personal data. However, in order to make use of some of our products and/or services it is necessary to provide Labro with your personal data. If the input of your data is requested, Labro indicates which data are ‘necessary’ to make use of the products and/or services and which data are ‘optional’ to be provided. 

Processing of personal data

By making use of the products and/or services of Labro the company processes the personal data of its users. This includes name, address and email address. In addition financial data such as bank account number are processed when a user purchases a paid product and/or service from Labro, if and insofar as these data are necessary for the payment of the products and/or services in question. 

The processing of personal data takes place in the following cases: 

a. for the conclusion and execution of an agreement concluded with the user; 

b. for administrative processing: in order to offer and/or deliver the agreed products and/or services to the user; 

c. For invoicing: if it concerns one or more paid products and/or services. When payment for our products and/or services is not forthcoming, we can hand over the claim to third parties, such as a collection agency; In the aforementioned cases, the name, address (billing and delivery address), bank details and e-mail address are necessary for the execution of the agreement. 

d. To send the User newsletters, offers, user information, service messages or one or more electronic messages that could be of interest to the User, when the User has indicated to agree to this; 

e. To make a targeted offer to the User or for other promotional purposes, for example via e-mail if the User has indicated to agree to this. In the aforementioned cases, the personal data, namely the name and e-mail address, are provided optionally, for which the User gives his explicit consent. 

f. To manage, analyze, maintain, optimize and secure our products and/or services and to prevent abuse and/or fraud of products and/or services; 

g. For determining strategic analyses and reports on our products and/or services; and/or 

h. If a User visits one of our (mobile) websites, our servers may also (automatically) store information such as URLs, IP addresses, browser types, languages, dates and times of visits to our (mobile) websites and/or apps. 

In the aforementioned cases Labro has a legitimate interest to process the personal data concerned. 

The personal data provided shall only be processed by Labro for the execution of its products and/or services and in particular for the explicit purpose for which these personal data were collected. 

User rights 

All our users have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection regarding the processing of his/her personal data.

Transfer to third parties 

Subject to the provisions below, only the persons authorized by Labro to secure personal data and/or otherwise process and/or perform IT maintenance have access to the personal data of the Users. For the processing purposes listed in this Privacy Statement we have engaged a processor with whom we have entered into an agreement, so that the processor offers sufficient guarantees with regard to technical and organizational security measures. 

In the unlikely event that you discover a data breach, it is very important that we are informed immediately. You can report data breaches directly via: info@labro.shop.Your report and details will be treated confidentially at all times. 

Labro shares personal data with the following parties: 

Fietskoeriers, DHL, or PostNL: Logistical handling (including processing and distribution)
Paypal:Financial services 

Minty Media.: Website management 

In all other respects, Labro will not disclose the personal data of its Users to any third party, except as necessary for the performance of its Products and/or Services pursuant to a legal requirement or in an emergency to the extent Labro reasonably believes to be in the best interest of its Users. This includes lawful requests by authorities, subpoenas or court orders, actions to detect or prevent damage or fraud, or actions to ensure the security of our network and our Products and/or Services. 

Storage periods 

Personal data will only be kept for the period necessary for the proper execution of the aforementioned purposes. In the event that longer statutory retention periods apply, the retention periods prescribed by law will apply. 

Security

Labro has appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to protect personal data of Users against loss or unlawful processing, including (i) storage of that data in a secured database with passwords (ii) payment(s) to Labro via secured payment systems.
