Labro will exchange or refund goods that has ben shipped back within 14 days from the delivery date. All goods must be returned unused and in perfect conditions, considering the packaging as part of the product.

Exchanges are based on availability, and sales items are non-refundable. 

Clients are responsible for return/exchange shipping charges. The cost of delivery will only be return in case we deem the goods to have been faulty before they were dispatched to you. 

We will refund the full value of the goods within 30 days of receiving the items at our storehouse, and using the same method as the original payment. Please note that Labro will not refund international duties and taxes. 

Clients must send an email to together with the reason of exchange or refund before sending back the item and tracking number once shipped. 

Damaged goods

We are not responsible for damages or loss with occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. In case you receive damaged goods or your parcel gets lost let us know immediately. Please retain all relevant documentation so that we a make an insurance claim.
